With more than 20 years of management and leadership experience, Charlesetta built her career around operational excellence, customer service, and accountability. After managing multiple locations in the corporate sector, she transitioned into the commercial cleaning industry as a Project Manager, gaining firsthand experience in professional janitorial operations.
Today, Charlesetta leads Divine with a focus on consistent quality, dependable service, strong client relationships, and developing a team that takes pride in caring for the facilities entrusted to them. Under her leadership, Divine serves schools, daycares, offices, commercial properties, and other organizations throughout South Louisiana.
